三文魚御茶漬飯
材 料 :
三文魚 一條
日本飯 一碗
白菜 一注
湯 汁 :
玄米 茶 2 杯
茶漬飯調味料 1-2 包
麻油 1/2 湯 匙
蔥 幾粒
做 法 :
1. 煎熟三文魚。
2. 燙熟青菜。
3. 煮熟白飯, 灑上調味料、切碎的蔥、麻油
4. 倒入滾熱的茶, 即成 。
Japanese green tea soup with rice & Salmon
Ingredients:
250g Salmon
400g Japanese cooked rice
1 bunch Pak Choi
Soup:
2 cup Japanese Rice Green tea
1-2 packs Furikake Rice seasoning
1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
1 bunch sprig Spring onion
Method:
1. Pan fried Salmon.
2. Boiled Pak Choi
3. Cook rice, sprinkle the seasoning pack, spring onions & sesame oil on top
4. Pour over boiling tea to serve.
Voila!
