炸雞翼 with Blue cheese dip
材料 :
1 kg 雞翼
日本炸粉
雞蛋
1 jar sour cream
150g blue cheese
some mayonnaise
garlic
celery sticks
1.
雞翼粘滿
雞蛋, 再粘上
炸粉
2. 落油穫炸至金黃色,再放入焗爐, 180 degree for 60 分鐘
3. 等待期間,準備做醬料
4. 把 cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise , garlic 全混在一起
